Manager - Corporate Finance department

To work directly with the Managing Partner

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of analysts in the field of corporate finance
• Investment banking: Identifying investors and gathering fundings to raise capital & debt; accompanying M&A dealings
• Guiding companies in the various stages of their life cycle: Valuations, presenting financial opinions, etc.
• Participating in complex dealings involving bankruptcy and reconciliation of companies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management or finance - required
• MBA or an advanced degree in business management or finance - an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a consulting firm with a similar role / within a large organization with a financial role
• Experience in reading and analyzing financial reports
• Managerial experience – a big advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office, including financial Excel models - required
• Great interpersonal relations, motivation to learn, the ability to lead
• Fluent Hebrew (including reading and writing) - required
