Leading financial organization in Jerusalem is seeking a Telephony Systems Specialist to join their team.
The role involves ongoing maintenance of telephony systems, project leadership within the department, providing technical support, and more. An excellent opportunity to integrate into a stable organization that offers a dynamic and challenging environment.
requirements:
- Proficiency and experience in central telephony systems such as AVAYA IPT/CISCO.
- Familiarity with CTI/IVR call center systems and recording systems.
- Managing changes, additions, and expansions, responsible for all telephony and communication lines in the organization.
- Ability to lead projects from planning and implementation to maintenance stages.
- Experience and understanding of L2&L3 communication, practical experience in setting up and configuring switches.
