We are looking for a technological leader, with strong interpersonal and managerial skills who is a team player.

Taking end-to-end responsibility for the company’s R&D strategy, performance, and delivering high-quality software solutions on tight schedules in a fast-paced environment to push the company forward.

Primary Responsibilities

• End-to-End responsibility for the company's R&D vision, performance, and deliverables
• Managing the entire engineering group lead multiple teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment to support the evolving business
• Engage in the process of building the company's roadmap, as a member of the company's leadership team
• Build and grow teams and leaders through effective hiring, coaching, and development.
• Continuously improve engineering practices to increase quality, velocity and productivity.
• Lead, mentor and coach a mix of new and senior engineers and managers running remote teams.
• Partner with other functions and senior leadership on strategy, technical roadmap, customer engagements and growing business.
• Communicate and present clearly to your team, senior leadership and across functions on topics related to product vision, technical plans, deliverables and decisions.

• 10+ years of experience building and leading strong engineering organizations, including globally distributed teams.
• Proven track record of attracting, inspiring and growing top engineering talent.
• Architected and delivered multiple commercially successful large scale enterprise products and cloud services.
• Recent hands-on experience building relevant products using object-oriented languages, cloud technologies and modern technology stacks
• Stellar teamwork and collaboration skills. Proven ability to manage multiple dependencies and drive alignment across functions on strategy and complex technical problems.
• Experience leading engineering in hyper-growth environment. Professional and positive approach, highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment, quality and results oriented, and hands-on leader.
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering programs.
