Senior Project Manager for a Leading Organization in Israel

Senior Project Management - Overall responsibility for systems in the area of responsibility, maintaining continuous and close contact with the business representative and development teams in the division and with the customer. Planning and managing tasks and monitoring their execution, working with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Management Information Systems (IT specialization).
• At least 5 years of experience in planning, managing, and implementing projects in the field of information and digital systems - WEB systems.
• Writing functional and application specification documents
• Technological background and experience in managing technological projects
• Writing work plans and control over implementation while adhering to content, schedules, and project budget.
• Experience in working with senior figures in the organization.

• Strong technological background.
• Negotiation skills.
• Management and employee motivation skills.
