Presale Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on, business-oriented, and highly motivated Self-driven individual who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and thrives on bringing creative solutions to customers. You should have great presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead presale efforts aimed at potential customers for the company's products. Deliver sales presentations, technical information and support the sales team as needed.
• Understand the business of our customers, internal processes, the business needs, technical requirements, and their use case, to match an appropriate solution.
• Run Demos and technical deep dive sessions to customers, prospects and partners. Take full ownership of this process from initiation until completion including presentation of PoC Summary to the customers (in writing and verbally).
• Generate high quality proposals & sales materials (we have a marketing team to assist!), cooperate with marketing team to address technical marketing needs for content creation, product positioning, key selling points etc.
• Work closely with the sales and product team, understanding the customer’s challenges and business, and defining appropriate solutions, from initial contact and meetings through delivery. Cooperate with additional departments – R&D, Delivery and customer success as needed in the process.
• Provide ongoing feedback to the Product team following customer activities on the regarding performance, requirements by customers, competitive info and more - to support the Product roadmap and evolution.
• The position requires travel (40%)

Requirements:

• Suitable to a fast-paced startup environment and culture, motivated and self-learner.
• Hands-on technical experience
• A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or engineering is an advantage
• excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluent English, additional languages is a plus!
