Facility Engineer

a global biotech company is seeking for a Facility Engineer to oversee and optimize technical equipment, specifically machines, at our manufacturing site. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring a seamless production process.

Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for receiving and implementing instructions, as well as assisting in the maintenance of process equipment.

Provide support to the maintenance department, ensuring compliance with full current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).

Assist in the construction of new production lines, including both equipment and infrastructure.

Ensure that all pharmaceutical manufacturing processes adhere to cGMP and other regulatory requirements, maintaining precise records and documentation. Additionally:

Offer technical expertise to monitor, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.

Apply problem-solving skills and analytical abilities to efficiently address complex process-related issues.

Maintain accurate records, create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure proper documentation of process changes to support quality assurance efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in biotechnological, chemical, or mechanical engineering.

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an engineer in the pharmaceutical industry.

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, particularly cGMP.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.

Proficient in spoken and written English
