Job Title: Mobile Development Manager

Job Description:

The position includes managing several development teams that include developers, testers and team leaders from the mobile worlds. End-to-end responsibility for the development, quality and delivery of digital content and products as well as leading the technological R&D of the teams.

Requirements:

• Experience of at least 5 years of experience in managing at least 3 development teams / 15 people or more, including managing authorized teams in teams that develop modern multi-user mobile applications, in a complex environment and architecture

• Proven experience in leading development teams in LEAN AGILE methodology such as SCRUM or KANBAN

• Experience of at least 5 years in HO software development as an enterprise, multi-user mobile application developer under IOS or ANDROID.

In-depth familiarity with leading tools and libraries in the entire technological field: development, monitoring, data management, communication

• Experience as a developer and manager in the development and management of the Platter application as well as recognition of Best Practice tools and infrastructure development.

• Experience in leading a transition project from a native language to a single code platform such as REACT NATIVE or Flutter and QIOB

• Ability to analyze requirements, adapt technological solutions and write technical documents describing the solution architecture and processes

• Knowledge of architecture and AM solutions - an advantage
