Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Professional Shop Manager. The Professional Shop Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing the staff, creating schedules, and ensuring that our customers have an excellent shopping experience. The Professional Shop Manager will also be responsible for managing inventory, creating sales goals, and working with the marketing team to create promotions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers, manage a team, and work with vendors
• Operations management skills, including the ability to manage a store and create schedules
• Store management experience, including knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
• Customer service skills and a commitment to creating a positive customer experience
• A passion for fashion and an eye for detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
