EasySend is a no-code platform for building and optimizing digital customer journeys. EasySend transforms paperwork-based processes in insurance, banking, and financial services into opportunities for customer engagement and revenue growth. We are looking for a PA & Office Manager to join us at one of the hottest companies in the field of digital innovation.
Responsibilities:
- As our Office Manager, you will be the heart of the office!
- You will be responsible for ensuring that our office is always running smoothly, effectively, and happily.
- Supporting the CEO with his schedule and communications.
- Managing all office issues such as purchasing office equipment, software, and online services.
- Spearheading office duties including handling supplies, and assisting with office maintenance and new employee integration.
- Handling logistics, resolving administrative problems, and scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Assisting the IT, HR and finance departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinating work travels abroad (When relevant).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with a high-tech company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving abilities
- You're an excellent team player and helping others makes you feel good.
- Keeping things organized is your passion and your time management skills are great.
- You are a self-starter who likes to take initiative and a proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Tech savvy, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email-related software..
- You are flexible, cooperative and not afraid to take directions and run with them on your own.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.; mother tongue level
- Driven and self-motivated, with a “can do” approach, and a solid work ethic
