We’re seeking an Ad Operations and Digital Analyst with analytical experience handling large data sets to take our business to the next level.

Position:

• Manage and monitor programmatic performance regularly, striving to consistently refine tactics and produce exceptional results for our customers.
• Provide regular reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) for the internal teams with goals, performance, and insights.
• Contribute to developing new strategies to improve our performance across the board.
• Support and assist the Account Management and Partnerships teams.
• Analyze campaign results to optimize and improve their performance.
  
  

• At least one year of experience working in a tech company.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or equivalent - an advantage
• Good analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in MS Excel and Google applications.
• Fast learner of new technologies with a strong ability to handle technical operations
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly master multiple dashboards and tools
• High level of English with excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising
• Familiarity with the world of video gaming - an advantage
