Role Description

This is a consulting remote position as a Security and Regulations consultant for the Digital-Health company Life-Medic. The Security and Regulations Consultant will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary security measures are in place to protect sensitive patient information. They will be responsible for conducting security consulting appointments, monitoring network security, ensuring information security, testing application security, and managing cybersecurity operations, including HIPAA Regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Security Consulting, Network Security, Information Security, and Cybersecurity - Mainly for Medical
• Experience in creating security policies and procedures
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks
• Ability to carry out application security testing for web, mobile, and other applications
• An understanding of HIPAA regulations and other relevant healthcare regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred
