Bizzabo powers immersive in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences. The Bizzabo Event Experience OS is a data-rich open platform that allows Event Experience Leaders to manage events, engage audiences, activate communities, and deliver powerful business outcomes — while keeping attendee data private and secure. Requirements

What you’ll be doing:

• Strategic Product Vision: Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the product, aligning it with Bizzabo's business goals.
• Market and User Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and user research to understand needs, identify trends, and inform product decisions.
• Customer Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and pain points
• Feature Development and Roadmap Management: Lead the development and launch of new features, managing the product roadmap with a balance of tactical and strategic initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Take the lead in coordinating the efforts of the engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure cohesive product development and execution. Emphasize "lean" development principles to drive focus and speed within your team, ultimately delivering products that meet people's needs and are well-received.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to guide product development decisions and assess product performance.
• Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product vision and progress.
• Leadership and Team Development: Mentor junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience in product management in the technology sector.
• You have a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes in B2B2C SaaS or subscription models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences are key qualities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
