Technical Account Manager

We are seeking to hire an experienced Technical Account Manager for a full-time position.

We design and create the most innovative, cloud-based, end-to-end security and healthcare solutions for professionals and end-users to help them do one thing - enjoy more peace of mind.

Description:

• Provide technical support for customers during pre-sale and post-sale processes.

• Responsible for customizing customer workflow.

• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with both new and assigned customers.

• Lead and manage all aspects of customer engagements to both grow the market share and maintain existing relationships. 

• The position focuses on both sales & and account management.

• Analytical ability to understand the customer workflow and help them with the products.

• Act as the main technical interface between the customer and the support team. Need to gain a high-level understanding of the product inside out.

• Build products’ ramp-up and implementation plan with customers.

• Address all product-related queries on time.

• Train customers to use the products correctly.

• Provide product manager with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products.

• Manage critical technical problems. 

• Report PSO/developers on product performance

• Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features/products to meet their requirements.

• Achieve customers’ satisfaction.

Requirements

Job requirements: 

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager

• Solid technical background with hands-on experience for at least 2-3 years

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Willing to travel abroad (Twice a quarter)

• Experience with working at Matrix organizations.

• BSc in Engineering

• Project Management experience in multidisciplinary projects (Servers, Mobile, hardware and software) - an advantage

• • verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, German, French - an advantage
