Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage reservations.
• Resolve guest concerns and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
• Friendly and joyful attitude, creating a positive atmosphere for guests.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English; knowledge of additional languages (French) is a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
