Collection Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a global collection team that supports multiple business units.
• Understand payment delays and trends.
• Maintain and track collections dashboards.
• Partner with business and IT teams to upgrade processes and improve AR status.
• AR trends analysis for month-end.
• improve collection process and DSO.
• Ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
• Develop a team culture that emphasizes customer service, accountability, quality, continuous improvement and high performance.
• Support bad debts accrual for financial statements.
• Maintain credit & collections policies, SOX and internal controls.
• Managing the unbilled balance and its billing schedule.

What You’ll Need:

• B.A in Accounting/Economics/Finance or related field – Advantage.
• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable or Collection management experience.
• Very strong Microsoft Excel skills (lookup functions, pivot tables, etc.) and experience working with large amounts of data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong Leadership & Team building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work cross functionally with all levels of a company.
• Ability to identify needs, proactive attitude, self-driven.
