Quality Assurance Manager

CollPlant Biotechnologies is developing technologies in the fields of regenerative medicine, 3D bioprinting of tissues, organs and medical aesthetics. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated QA Manager for our site in Rehovot.

Job description

· Management of all quality system activities including, Internal Auditing, Quality Awareness Training, Supplier/Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) Auditing, Document Control, CAPA activities, Vigilance activities, MRB, Quality Improvement Meeting

· Offer continual improvement of Quality Assurance policies, procedures, and systems to ensure ISO and FDA compliance .

· Managing the QA team and acting as a member of the RA/QA Management Group.

· Provide guidance & mentoring across the company regarding quality system compliance and in order to achieve organizational goals related to Quality Systems processes.

Knowledge/Educational Requirements

· Extensive knowledge of ISO 13485 quality principles and requirements- a must!

· 7+ years of successful experience in Medical Device companies

· Good understanding of Medical Device Regulatory requirements

· Familiar with methodologies of quality assurance and standards

· Bachelor’s degree and above in Life Science

· Great attention to details and a results-driven approach.

· Great interpersonal skills and a team player.

· Fluent in English.
