- Specialized in Active Directory, Security, and Windows Server.
- **Security Leadership:**
- Collaborates with stakeholders and operational teams.
- Designs, tests, and deploys security and automation solutions.
- **Identity & Security Requirements:**
- Designs and implements Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Implements security policies aligning with industry best practices.
- Deep understanding of Active Directory and satellite services.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Experience with hybrid infrastructures and technology management.
- 5+ years in systems development, network operations, and IT consulting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture.
- **Additional Skills:**
- PowerShell/Scripting experience.
- Cloud migration experience.
- **Azure Requirements:**
- Expertise in Azure IaaS platform and governance.
- Security implementation, including tiering models and policy hardening.
- **Server Experience:**
- Desired state configuration.
- Windows Server components (DHCP, DNS, NPS, RDS/WVD).
- **Nice-to-Have:**
- Additional Windows Server-related requirements.
- Experience with Azure implementation.
