Security Automation Team Lead

CyberProof is seeking a Security Automation (SOAR) Team Leader to join us.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the automation plan, playbook development and design.
• Manage a team of engineers and cyber analysts in a joint effort of designing and implementing automation.
• Maintain security and methodical best practices.
• Hands-on with security automation development.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Actively engage in daily tasks, develop, refine, remove blocks and reduce technical debt.
• Set and measure and KPI’s and reports.
• Engagement with customers (inbound and outbound).
  
  

• At least 5 years of Experience in cyber security operations.
• At least 2 years working with SOAR technologies.
• At least 2 years as a team leader
• Hands on with automation tools such as Siemplify, Demisto, Torq, Microsoft LogicApp.
• Scripting knowledge.
• Experience working with Azure cloud and services.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working with C-level.
• Experience working with inbound and outbound customers.
• Versatility, fast learning, and autonomous work capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• CI/CD tools familiarity – Azure DevOps advantage.
