RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with month-end/quarterly/yearly closings including general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries
Handle AP/AR including vendor onboarding, invoice approval, and procession
Treasury and payroll preparation, activities, benefits, and reimbursements in Israel and abroad
Assist with the preparation of financial reports
Improving and developing accounting policies and procedures
Comply with all related laws and regulations pertaining to the position and country
Act as a focal point for all financial and payroll-related matters
Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic and ever-changing environment
Help with data organization and book entry preparation for an external payroll company
Availability for a full-time position in Tel Aviv (On-Site).

Requirements:

Certified bookkeeper (1+2+3) – a must
3+ years’ experience in a similar role from a global high-tech or multi-national company – a must
Experience working with NetSuite – a must
Experience with foreign subsidiaries
High level of communication skills in written and spoken English
Strong Excel skills
Service-oriented, team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
