- Manage a team of DevOps within the R&D department while maintaining a very high percentage of being hands-on
- Lead interfaces to all relevant stakeholders and influence the roadmap
- Design, develop, implement and maintain the DevOps capabilities
- Ownership of all Production and Development environments
- Adopt new systems/tools to improve R&D productivity
- At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- An additional 2 years of team management experience
- Knowledge of UNIX / Linux systems administration
- Experience developing using Python
- Hands-on experience with popular AWS Services
- Hands-on experience with Docker and K8s
- Hands-on experience with GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
- CI/CD and GitOps operations using popular tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI
