What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Product Designer to join our founding team, who can work with both our development team and our end consumers. The ideal candidate will be innovative and empathetic, with strong communication skills and the ability to independently carry on tasks.

What You Will be Doing:

• Lead the design process from end to end for current and future product designs
• Brainstorm and conceptualize new features, taking them from ideation to production
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research, including user interviews, to gain valuable insights that inform product decisions and follow an iterative design process
• Collaborate with the team in product discovery
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, CJM, user flows, and process flows, conduct usability testing
• Analyze market needs and ensure our products align with customer requirements
• Translate user insights into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs and user experiences
• Collaborate effectively with the company's developers to ensure successful implementation of design solutions

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Product Designer or Senior UI/UX Designer, with a strong focus on impactful B2C and SaaS product design
• Impressive portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, ProtoPie, or similar software
• Experience in user research methodologies.
• Bonus skills in animation (e.g., After Effects, InVision).
• Ability to take ownership of the design process, from concept to implementation.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with front-end and back-end developers and preparation of design assets for implementation.
