Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager will own the procurement strategy, lead and develop the procurement team, drive supplier accountability, improve material flow, and play a key role in the company's ability to meet customer commitments and delivery targets.

We are looking for a highly experienced professional who thrives in dynamic environments, can manage constant changes in priorities, and knows how to create results through both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the procurement organization, including buyers and procurement coordinators
Build and execute procurement strategies aligned with production and delivery plans
Manage critical suppliers and establish long-term supplier relationships
Drive supplier performance, delivery reliability, responsiveness, and quality
Identify and mitigate material shortages and supply chain risks
Develop procurement KPIs, reporting, and management routines
Partner closely with Planning, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance
Support business growth by ensuring material readiness and supply continuity
Lead negotiations, commercial agreements, and supplier development initiatives
Create a culture of ownership, urgency, accountability, and execution

8+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
At least 3 years in a leadership role managing procurement teams
Proven experience managing complex supply chains and critical suppliers
Strong understanding of production environments, material planning, and operational constraints
Demonstrated success improving supplier performance and delivery reliability
Experience working with ERP systems and procurement analytics
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Ability to lead through change and perform under pressure
Fluent Hebrew and strong English communication skills.
