About the position:

As the Delivery Team Leader at SupPlant, you will be a key part of our R&D department, responsible for managing and optimizing the delivery of our software solutions. You will lead and oversee the QA, DevOps, and Deployment teams to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of software products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of professionals, including QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and Deployment experts.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the R&D department, including development and product teams, to ensure efficient and timely software delivery.
• Plan and execute the deployment of software solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Implement and manage DevOps practices to streamline the software delivery pipeline.
• Monitor deployment processes and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and security standards.
• Train and onboard new team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement in the software delivery process.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles within QA, DevOps, and Deployment.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices.
• Knowledge of QA and testing methodologies.
• Experience in deploying software at scale.
• Passion for optimizing software delivery processes.
