QA Specialist

Oshi is seeking a dynamic individual to fill a full-time position immediately. This role, located in Rehovot, is a maternity leave replacement.

Responsibilities

• Defining and implementing organizational procedures and work instructions
• Defining and executing control points throughout production
• Validation of Critical Control Points (CCP)
• Establishment of cleaning protocols for production lines and equipment
• Formulation of traceability processes along and exercises
• Crafting food labels tailored for various sales targets
• Designing sampling programs for raw materials and the final product
• Training of employees and managers on quality standards.
  
  

• Experience in the food industry as a QA technologist
• Proven experience in implementing quality and safety systems in food, such as HACCP, ISO22000, ISO9001, etc.
• Demonstrated expertise in defining process controls, guiding production processes, and validating CCP points
• Familiarity with food production halls
• Advantage: PCQI certification
• This position is open to both men and women
• Mobility with a car is required
