Position Summary

This role reports to the Vice President of Sales will provide actionable insights and visibility to the business trends happening in Grocery and Big Box stores. The focus of this work will be organized into daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables and often require additional deep dives into certain KPI’s where additional questions or insights are needed. You will play a critical role in delivering important information to the Sales team as well as the Executive team.

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Support internal Executives and Sales Team with detailed visibility into all aspects of business performances
• Leverage Software (IRI) to analyze data and interpreting results to drive decisions
• Delivering valuable and timely reporting to all levels of the Osem team
• Monitoring sales metrics and understanding how KPI’s impact our business
• Own Month to Date, Quarterly to Date & Year to Date reporting & visibility for the organization

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Works with IRI Analytics or similar programs
• High level of independent analytical skills  
• Ability to meet or exceed critical metric goals 
• Time Management and Presentation Skills 
• Takes the initiative to execute with minimal supervision
• Challenges current processes, generating innovative suggestions that improve performance even beyond own role 
• Takes immediate action to resolve issues or potential issues, ensuring partners are properly communicated to about the potential impact
