Supplier Quality Engineer

DRS RADA Technologies is seeking a motivated and experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team!

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for managing supplier programs for manufacturing, ensuring that quality programs adhere to regulatory requirements.

Supplier Quality Engineer Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive supplier quality performance, including new product development and product quality improvement.
• Provide leadership and management for the supplier quality department.
• Ensure the supplier meets all regulatory and company requirements.
• Perform quality system audits.
• Establish quality control objectives and maintain supplier quality records.
• Promote initiatives to improve quality.

This role involves traveling to suppliers in different areas in Israel and traveling to our Manufacturing site at Beit Shean on a regular basis.

Requirments:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Mechanical/Electronics/Quality).
• Relevant education in quality (CQE/CQM - advantage).
• Familiarity with IPC standards and electronics manufacturing processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
