Automation Lead

Your Team

Automation technology leader will lead the design, implementation and execution of automation processes, architecture and innovations across R&D department, through a technology stack of technologies crossing multiple disciplines and frameworks.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Review existing architecture and provide constant innovations, corresponding with a rapidly changing products and demands
• Create a roadmap implementing automations in the development life cycle
• Support I/S and test automation teams in design and implementation of complex solutions
• Continuously review automation needs in the organization and pro-actively suggest solutions and enhancements up to the POC stages.
• Analyze automation I/S reports, pro-actively identify flaws in the design and implementation of the automation I/S, suggest and implement cutting edge solutions.
• Serve as a technical authority for automation I/S across the organization

Your Knowledge & Skills

• Proven experience in the design and implementation of complex automation processes and infrastructures in a mid-large software company
• 5+ years experience in technically leading large automation operations
• Familiarity with C/C++
• Extensive understanding of automation methodologies and proven experience with multiple approaches and frameworks
• Strong development background, the ability to deliver in high velocity and quality
• Experience with on prem and could technology stacks
• Strong character, can do approach and deep sense of ownership
• Team player – not a catch phrase!
