We have designed an embedded payment stack, built from the ground up to facilitate complex multi-vendor models. Our solution gives platforms the ability to offer a seamless user experience, complete control and transparency, real-time insights and the strategic value of generating new growth engines by offering additional financial services.

We're looking for a new in-house Bookkeeper to join our talented finance team, to take part of handling our finance both in Israel and in the UK.

Your day to day job will be:

● Processing journal entries and managing documentation.

● Monitoring and reconciling daily / monthly financial transactions.

● Bank & Acquirers Bank reconciliations.

● Verify the accuracy of financial data.

● Issuing of tax invoices.

● Work with our global subsidiaries.

● Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing procedures.

● Work with large amount of data and build tools to streamline the process.

● Assist and support to the external audit process.

● Ad hoc accounting projects as needed.

● Improving and developing the accounting policies and procedures.

The suitable candidate should have:

● Certified bookkeeper diploma - level 2 minimum.

● Control in reconciliations of banks and credit cards over excel (V-lookup, Pivots)

● 4+ years of proven bookkeeping experience

● Experienced in the Fintech\payments industry

● High proficiency in Excel

● A team player with a proactive approach and strong organizational skills

● High level of accuracy and attention to details

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

● High proficiency English level (written and verbal)
