Backend Tech Lead

The first Intelligent Care Platform for oncology, is looking for Backend Tech Lead

Responsibilities

As a senior architect / backend tech lead , you’ll join our team in Tel Aviv where you’ll

be working with a strong multi-disciplinary team of technologists and oncology professionals to

bring new products to life. We believe you should have full ownership of your work throughout

the product life cycle, meaning you will:

● Spearhead the design and implementation of the company’s backend architecture to

support development efforts

● Solve complex problems and build concurrent, scalable, and fault-tolerant processes

● Introduce infrastructure, research tools/libraries, lead and continuously improve our

codebase

● Be keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

● Mentor other developers, lead code reviews, help maintain a high level of code

● Help build a better treatment experience for cancer patients, at scale

Qualifications

At least 6 years of hands-on engineering & architecture experience in enterprise SaaS

● Understanding of software design principles and modern system architecture

● Proven experience in design and implementation of performant and scalable technical

platforms to match current and evolving business needs

● Expertise specifically in backend development for at least 4 years, preferably with

JavaScript/TypeScript and NodeJS

● Proven experience driving technical alignment across engineering, product, and business teams.

● Experience with quality assurance processes, experience in regulated environments is a plus (healthcare, fintech, etc.)

● Experience in writing integrations with external systems

● Experience in mentoring less experienced colleagues and help them advance in their

career

● Experience working with GCP/AWS

● Proficient in English. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
