Maintenance Reliability Engineer

As a Reliability Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in our engineering team, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.

You'll lead engineering and control processes, formulate a reliability-based maintenance strategy, ensuring our production lines operate with increased success and efficiency.

This is a matrix management role, overseeing various interfaces within the dairy, including maintenance personnel.

We're seeking an experienced machine engineer with a strong personal level, capable of leading the machinery domain in the dairy and serving as a professional authority in the field.

This role has high potential to be a stepping stone to managerial positions, not only within Tel Yosseph Dairy but potentially within the entire Tnuva Group.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing a long-term reliability plan that streamlines areas, critical assets, and performance metrics.

- Building a reliability improvement process tailored to the dairy's needs and implementing a control system with performance measurement.

- Formulating and implementing a reliability-based maintenance strategy, including preventive and predictive maintenance.

- Developing and implementing a data collection system, analyzing data, and generating system reports that enable early detection of potential failures.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Understanding of engineering, technical, and control processes in the industry.

- Experience in engineering work within a manufacturing facility is an advantage.
