You’ll be joining the Banking Operations team, based in Paris. You will be in charge of the correct processing of all SEPA payments, supporting all major payment issues, delivering insight and also unitary requests.

What you will do:

• Day-to-day monitoring of SEPA Payment (Internal Banking System and our external partners), in order to ensure both secure and high quality processing of payments, to meet customer expectations.
• Manage payment back-office tasks (analyse the payments to be validated, alert processing…)
• Second level of functional support after care team: analyse and solve problems on payments for Spendesk

• Proactive and curious attitude to understanding problems
• Ability to communicate in a highly collaborative environment
• Able to analyse situations, break down problems and find solutionsCustomer-centric
• Ability to synthesise problems
• Organisation and prioritisation skills
• Experience in the banking industry
• Strong analytical experience with tools like Excel & knowledge on SEPA payment exchanges are nice to have
