Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our live streaming platform, aligning it with the company's overall vision and goals.
• Lead product innovation (e.g build mini-games, VR/AR elements, AI implementation, etc).
• Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define product requirements and priorities.
• Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.
• Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality execution, and adherence to project milestones.
• Define and track key product metrics and performance indicators, monitoring the success of product features and making data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and drive growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and potential threats.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and
• internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team and across the organization.
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the mobile or related industries.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of live streaming technologies, platforms, gaming, B2C industries, and best practices.
• Gaming and Gamification Expertise: Apply your deep knowledge of gaming and gamification principles to design and integrate engaging features and mechanics into our products, fostering user retention and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with game designers, UX/UI experts, and development teams to create immersive and rewarding gaming experiences within our platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and data analytics, to ensure seamless product development and successful launches.
