Backend team lead

Job responsibilities include reporting to the development manager, managing the backend team, hands-on development in Net Core (initially around 30%), overseeing approximately six developers with potential for team growth, working on performance, infrastructure, Docker, multithreaded microservices, Kubernetes, NoSQL, and handling production with very high scales.
