Responsibilities include:

- Implementing environmental quality values within the management and staff of the dairy.

- Advising management on laws, regulations, and standards in the environmental domain.

- Implementing a system for managing environmental quality metrics and reporting data to the management.

- Conducting employee training in compliance with legal requirements, planning and implementing training programs in collaboration with the Human Resources department.

- Professional guidance in analyzing environmental quality events.

- Leading projects for improvement and performance optimization in the field, presenting them to management.

- Focus on maintaining ISO 14001 standard.

- Interface with the professional entity in the corporate headquarters and with regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree - mandatory. Degree in Environmental Engineering/ Food/ Biotechnology/ Chemistry/ Quality - an advantage.

- Experience in environmental quality.

- Experience working with government authorities - an advantage.

- Knowledge of working with information systems.
