Office Manager

We are a stealth-mode startup founded by repeat entrepreneurs who are neuroscience and deep learning experts, and funded by top VCs.

We are seeking an exceptional office manager to join our rapidly-growing team.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in this role, preferably at a startup.

Required qualifications:

• Extremely detail-oriented
• Love multitasking
• Proven track record of taking ownership of tasks
• Experience with financial operations, a plus
• Proactive and high-level of written and verbal communication

In this role you will:

• Be In charge of our internal financial operations (payroll, bookkeeping, payments, etc.)
• Manage the daily office tasks (ordering and receiving equipment and supplies, communicating with vendors, and restocking)
• Greet investors and guests
• Provide executive assistance (coordinate international travel, manage calendars, etc.)
• Collaborate on welfare (company events, parties, gifts, etc.)
