Senior Business Analyst, Grow Finance

The Opportunity

We are searching for a highly skilled and technically adept to Senior Business Analyst, Grow own the optimization and enhancement of our financial processes supporting the Grow team. This role will be responsible for using advanced technical tools and methodologies to analyze financial data, streamline workflows, and ensure efficient implementation of enterprise tools. This role requires a solid background in financial analysis, along with the ability to demonstrate technical expertise to drive process improvements.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to capture business requirements for enterprise financial systems to streamline achievement of Grow business goals.
• Coordinate and participate in system upgrades and enhancements related to Workday Financials, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Support testing and debugging of configurations and customizations to ensure high-quality work. Collaborate with partners to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, system design, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.
• Investigate and resolve system issues reported by users, providing timely and effective support. Collaborate with other IT partners as needed to address complex technical challenges.
  
  

• An understanding and hands-on experience with Workday Financials modules and reporting. Workday Financials certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development, keeping abreast of Workday updates, trends, and standard processes.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with business users, stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  
  

• Experience in financial ERP systems NetSuite, Blackline, Zuora, Avalara or other financial applications
