Product Manger

aiOla is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Product team.

As a Product Manager, you will:

• Maintain an End-to-end responsibility of product roadmap and development cycle – ideation, customers validations, discovery with R&D, specs writing, design UI and optimize UX to achieve business goals, launching and monitoring.
• Manage engineering and research teams using Agile methodology, to develop cutting edge products utilize AI\ML algorithms and deliver projects on time.
• Own a customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating requirements into the product development process, prioritize efforts by balancing feature requests, reported issues, customer feedback, strategic initiatives, and business constraints.
• Encourage data driven product decisions leveraging market research, competitor analysis, user insights metrics and user feedback; ensuring continuous growth for existing and potential customers to identify new value-generating opportunities.
• Collaborate product marketing to develop content, messaging and competitive positioning based on solid value propositions and real-world use cases driving sales enablement.

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B and B2C products from data-driven companies.
• Strong understanding of data technologies, analytics, and machine learning concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work across multiple projects, align on goals, and deliverables.
• Customer and business-oriented, ensuring the product delivers value to all users and businesses.
• Excellent English communication skills
