We are looking for a controller who is experienced in the high-tech field to join our IL Finance team.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the accounting monthly closing process and deliver monthly closing documentation.
• Manage accruals, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses.
• Monitor and review other teams’ work, providing guidance and professional support to others in the department, including the implementation of internal controls
• Develop new finance processes, improving existing ones, and train relevant parties;
• Prepare financial statements and tax returns, leading audits with our external auditors;
• Prepare and review analysis and reconciliation files;
• File and support government project reports.
• Work in a multi-currency environment.
  
  

What you should have:

• 4+ years of experience working in the Accounting field.
• Previous experience in a leading accounting/consulting firm (Big 4 would be a plus);
• Experience with US GAAP & IFRS
• Experience in a corporate environment in a global company
• Hands-on and can-do approach
• Knowledge in NetSuite – Must.
• Advanced English level (both spoken and written) – must.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a team and be a team player.
• Experience with IIA/Minister of Economy (advantage)
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Accounting.
• CPA License in Israel.
