E-commerce Manager for a Leading Retail Business
Responsibilities:
Strategic E-commerce Management -
Lead our e-commerce strategy towards goals achievement based on going changes among the industry market and customers' behavior, drive improvements in UX/UI, content management, product catalog, customer journeys and more.
Technologies Implementation –
Finding the latest technologies serving our growth, Initiating & fully implement new technologies for our e-commerce platform, basic technical understanding or POC initiatives.
Data Analysis -
Analyze analytics data, draw insights, and analyze cross-channel campaigns to maximize sales, including supplier management within the e-commerce sector.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record in the e-commerce industry along with a deep understanding of digital marketing and website performance improvement. - Demonstrated experience with tools such as G-Analytics, GTM, G-Ads, Hotjar and others
- Strong Analytical Skills: High analytical ability and precision in data interpretation
- Experience in Retail/Commerce sector is a plus. - Marketing Automation understanding – Must
- 3+ Years Experience as an e-commerce management / Marketing
- Shopify expertise - Advantage
