The Commercial Support department is hiring an Export Operations Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for export / shipping activities to RAD’s customers worldwide
• Work closely with freight forwarders & customs authorities (including negotiating prices & controlling invoices)
• Correspond and coordinate shipping with local and global customers
• Issue invoices and other export documentation
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Operate in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Academic Degree
• 1-2 years previous logistics, import/export experience
• Experience working with customers
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Additional languages – an advantage
• Service oriented with great interpersonal skills
• Punctuality, attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Team player & self-motivated
