Quality Assurance Team Lead

As a QA Engineering Team Lead, you will help shape the future of what we build here. You will enjoy solving quality challenges for products built with cutting edge and interoperable technology. You will define test strategies, ensure product correctness for launches, and improve testing efficiency at scale.

What will you do?

• Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, including mentoring, training, and task assignment.
• At least 70% hands-on and direct participation in QA activities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers and designers) to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of high-quality products.
• Lead hiring processes as the team grows.
  
  

• At least 2 years of management experience in leading small to medium teams with hands-on responsibility.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in software testing (web & mobile).
• At least 2 years of experience with Automation development.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in writing STD/ATP according to product specs
• Experience with developing test automation infrastructure
• Knowledge with SQL
• Knowledge with JavaScript
• Experience working with Cypress
  
  

• Knowledge with NoSQL DB
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Prior experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Security testing experience and knowledge of common vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of mobile device testing tools and emulators.
