Our team is growing massively, and we are seeking a Project and Asset Manager to join ZoomREI. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our property renovation projects, from negotiating with contractors and suppliers to ensuring the timely completion of projects and also be responsible for managing the assets and utilities of the properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of property renovation projects, including negotiating with contractors, developing project timelines, and monitoring project progress.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Manage utilities, including electricity, water, and gas, for all properties in our portfolio.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize property performance and return on investment.
• Maintain accurate records of project and asset management activities, including budgets, timelines, and maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

• Working US hours: Monday-Friday, 17:00-01:00
• 2+ years of Real Estate Related/ Project Management/ Operations experience
• Highly fluent/Native English speaker.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A problem solver.
• Exceptional in long term relationship building.
• Ambitious and persistent team player with a strong executive presence and dedication to achieving goals.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Tech savvy / preferably with previous experience working with CRM systems.
