Responsibilities:

• Solving and implementing complex engineering challenges.
• Be a core part of our research efforts to support a broad spectrum of cloud technologies, and create technologies to extract and deeply classify big data in the cloud in a way that has never been done before. Investigate and implement integrations to many IaaS, PaaS, DBaaS, and SaaS from multiple cloud providers
• As our customers include fortune 500 companies, we face the challenge of working with immense amounts of data - Petabytes over Petabytes. You will be responsible for improving the efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system components facing this extreme scale.
• Contribute best practices and architectural leadership to our backend applications and help pick the architecture, frameworks, and tooling for Cyera core technologies.
• Helping with selecting, onboarding, and coaching junior members of the team
• Close collaboration with technical (backend, QA & infrastructure) and non-technical (product, design) roles to understand and challenge end-user requirements and ultimately translate these into effective technical solutions
• Our Stack: Node.js, Typescript, React, Nest.js.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years as a Software Engineer
• Experience in working with high scale, big data, distributed cloud-based architectures
• Cloud infrastructure experience, (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
• Developing software interacting with message queues (e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, NSQ, Pulsar).
