Commission Specialist

Check Point is looking for a Commission Payroll Specialist to join our commission team.

Who has a passion for accuracy, strong attention to details, customer service, meeting deadlines, and has a desire to work in a high pace environment.

In this position you will use your expertise in building and maintaining complicated excel models, working with multiple IT systems and large data.

You will provide excellent customer service to our sales employees worldwide, as well to other departments such as payroll, HR, and Business Analysis.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Manage, review, validate, and execute the full commission payroll monthly cycle for multiple international locations.
• Audit the commission calculation model to assure accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute commission letters, monthly commission statements and managerial summary reports.
• Point of contact for all commission related inquiries from sales organizations, HR, legal, and other company departments.
• Research and resolve questions and disputes regarding commission calculations.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• +2 years of payroll experience in an international company.
• Great with Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot.
• BA graduate in Accounting/Finance/Economy
• A problem solver, capable of finding creative solutions and getting things done.
• Fluent in English – speaking and writing.
• Strong background in large Excel models- an advantage.
• Believe in learning new things every day.
