A well-established global tech company is looking for a dedicated Lab Manager to join our team.

As the Lab Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our cutting-edge laboratory operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and driving innovation in our multidisciplinary technological solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day operations of the lab to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain and manage laboratory equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with project teams to plan, coordinate, and execute research initiatives and experiments within the lab.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure adherence to project goals and deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Physics, Electronics).
Experience in laboratory management from a multidisciplinary company – A big advantage
Knowledge and experience in networking – A must
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Enthusiastic and ambitious personality, encouraging a positive and productive work environment.
