The Opportunity

For our Established Pharmaceuticals Division EPD we are currently looking for a Junior Medical Advisor to join our team in Tel-Aviv. This position will combine regular presence in the office (50%) and frequent traveling across the country (50%).

Main Purpose Of The Role

• To Provide scientific and clinical support and expertise to drive the Israeli business.
• To comply with the company’s policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality and business requirements within the overall strategy and objectives Abbott medical Laboratories Ltd.
• To comply with statutory requirements and Abbott internal processes and procedures for Pharmacovigilance.
• To be cognizant of, and agree to adhere to, medical division SOPs; Guidelines Accountable to Country Manager.
  
  

What You'll Do

• Provide scientific and medical support to the Sales Team.
• Assist support and advise Marketing Department in the preparation of promotional and training material.
• Review and approval of all promotional material related to the products engaged in.
• Provide support and training to the sales force and other departments as necessary.
• Provide scientific and clinical input into key commercial initiatives as required.
• Establish develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key external stakeholders including KOLs in the assigned therapeutic areas.
• Deliver scientific presentations to KOLs and/or leading clinical units and Key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, relevant therapeutic areas.
• Provide professional Medical Information to internal and external customers.
• Provide support as required to Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance.
  
  

Required Qualifications And Background

• Preferably former experience in Pharma.
• Strong scientific background: M.Sc., Ph.D, DVM, D.M.D, MD.
• Excellent command of Hebrew (both written and spoken).
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Good presentation skills.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Confident, enthusiastic approach with can-do attitude.
• Computer literacy.
• Able to operate as a flexible team player.
• Ability to travel across Israel on a regular basis.
