Marketing Producer

We're looking for a valiant Marketing Producer to join our creative forces; someone who'll take charge of operational management across various production types in the marketing department - from digital and video to print and events.

As our Production Powerhouse/Paladin, you'll be the go-to point of contact for all production phases - making sure everything gets delivered on time, and in the best way possible.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Lead website creation projects, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are executed flawlessly.
• Efficiently delegate and prioritize tasks, ensuring that all creative endeavors move forward seamlessly.
• Take full ownership of video production initiatives - overseeing processes, timelines, budgets, logistics, and stakeholders.
• Manage the production of company SWAG items, showcasing your organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Foster relationships with external suppliers, identifying suitable partners, facilitating material transfers, and approvals, as well as ensuring timely payments.
• Organize photography sessions and video shoots, orchestrating all logistics for successful outcomes.
• Develop project timelines and diligently monitor project execution, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
• Collaborate with other departments to obtain the necessary materials for successful project execution.
• Manage marketing props for events, including print materials and SWAG, ensuring everything is prepared and organized.
  
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of production or project management experience in advertising, digital agencies, or tech industry marketing departments.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of finding effective solutions to challenges.
• Strong multitasking skills - the ability to successfully juggle multiple projects.
• Team player with a knack for fostering cooperation.
• Meticulous and attentive to detail.
• Independent worker with a proactive mindset.
• Proficient in English - both written and verbal communication.
