Our business is growing and we’re now ready to build our Training Team. In this position, you will be a part of a new team that directly impacts the company’s growth. You will play a critical role in enhancing our onboarding performance and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the CS leadership team, HR, marketing department, and product management to develop and implement effective CS enablement programs and initiatives. Your primary objective will be to equip our CS team with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively engage with Atera's customers.

If you’re passionate about training and education, and have experience in CS or other customer-facing roles with a SAAS background, this position is right for you. Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive CS training programs to educate and enable the CS team about Atera's products, features, and fundamental support.
• Coordinate and facilitate CS onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
• Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest product updates, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, sales scripts, battle cards, and other relevant resources.
• Ensure CS content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with Atera's messaging and positioning. Develop and deliver product and business onboarding training for cross-org audiences.
  
  

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Native English - oral and written communication skills – A MUST.
• 2+ years experience in enablement, product education, training, or a similar role within the SAAS/technology industry.
• Understanding of CS processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Autodidact.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (advantage).
• Understanding of IT services, RMM, PSA, cloud-based solutions, and IT infrastructure (advantage).
• Sunday – Thursday work schedule is required. Minimum of 3 days working from the TLV office.
