Account Manager

A digital marketing and advertising agency dedicated to connecting proficient affiliates with the world's leading advertisers is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our team.

The preferred candidate should possess experience in customer service and demonstrate proficiency in audits, spreadsheets, and other productivity software. Candidates with a background in customer service, along with proficiency in audits, spreadsheets, and other productivity software, are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Address inquiries and requests from customers, ensuring their needs are met
• Monitor client accounts, ensuring services align with their budget and requirements
• Collaborate regularly with team members to assess progress and identify opportunities for business enhancement
• Generate and deliver progress reports for clients and senior leadership
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, maintaining regular communication with the sales team

Skills and qualifications:

• Internship or professional experience in sales or customer service
• Ability to multitask and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Hebrew and English
