Management Information Systems Specialist

What will your job look like:

• Day-to-day management and administration of CRM AND JIRA systems including workflows, user accounts, and permissions, custom fields, dashboards, reports, project creation, etc.
• Collaborate with various of R&D teams, define business processes related to requirements management and serve as the focal point for consolidating requests and needs.
• Provide end-user coaching, training and support including ongoing maintenance of training documentation and management of submitted ticket queue.
• Offer both technical and process solutions to address requirements, evaluate alternate solutions.
• Lead system changes and deployment of new requests and fixes
• Developing efficient dashboards and Live Reports that provide added value to users and managers.

All you need is:

• BS.c in Industrial Engineering/Information Systems or related field.
• At least 4+ years experience as an application admin - implementation, configuration, design, and execution of information systems domain.
• High self-learning ability and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
• Find creative solutions to complex challenges of the business, be a problem solver.
• A very organized and detail-oriented person
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Able to present technical information to all levels of the audience and the ability to organize and present information in a training set.
